At Porta Romana, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury home furnishings. If a piece does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective crates or boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a white-glove collection service or provide a prepaid shipping label depending on the item's size.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
