As many of our pieces are handcrafted to order, lead times typically range from 6 to 10 weeks depending on the complexity of the finish and current workshop capacity.
Do you offer international shipping for large furniture items?
Yes, we ship globally. All international orders are crated securely and sent via specialized art and furniture couriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Can I request custom finishes or fabric for my order?
Absolutely. Porta Romana offers a wide range of house finishes, and we also accept Customer's Own Material (COM) for lampshades and upholstered furniture items.
What is your return policy for home decor and lighting?
Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging. Please note that bespoke or customized orders are non-refundable.
Are your products compatible with international electrical standards?
Yes, we can wire our lighting fixtures to meet the electrical specifications of your destination country, including UL listing for North American projects.
How should I care for and clean my Porta Romana pieces?
We recommend using a soft, dry microfiber cloth for most metal and glass finishes. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives, as these can damage the hand-applied patinas.
